Church History Museum

My kids are off track so that means I am the entertainment. This week we headed downtown to the church history museum for some fun. The kids were very interested in seeing the old pioneer items, learning about the early days in our church and learning about their struggles. One of the highlights was the death masks of Hyrum and Joseph. They enjoyed listening to one of the workers tell them all about how they were martyred. We also hit the childrens area where it is set up for missionary work in Latin America. Rylee enjoyed dancing with her skirt, Carson enjoyed playing on the computers and building a temple with huge foam blocks. Cole was very content in the play kitchen area or driving a truck. A fun and uplifting day!
